Comfortable yet fashionable women’s wear Claire Pettibone Canterbury

I discovered this dress online and the search began. I called Claire Pettibone in Beverly Hills to find out where i could get it and they said it was a discontinued style but that they had one left and I needed to fly down to their store to check it out. Ugh. I decided to continue my search and a friend had mentioned that Saks Bridal was going out of business AND they had Claire Pettibone dresses. The sales lady had pulled a few and this particular dress didn't actually stand out on the rack but was assured that it was adorable on. It wasn't until i actually put it on that i realized it was the same one that i fell in love a few months back. It was one of those meant to be situations i suppose. It is so well made - the detail of the cotton lace with the layered silk slip underneath and a delicate lace overlay with hand stitched floral appliques makes this dress so feminine yet super comfortable as well.
